The best teacher and guide is the human's vigilant conscience which is alert and always along with. But certainly sometimes all of us need guidance and awareness of each other to accomplish perfection and prosperity . Based on this, Bank Maskan staff have considered the following ethical charter as their paradigm.

We, Bank Maskan staff believe that “Customer” is the fundamental base of the bank daily works and hence fulfilling the customers' need and drawing their consent is considered as our duty.

We , Bank Maskan staff , believe that courtesy observance , respect and honor along with friendly and sincere behavior with customers and clients is our duty.

We, Bank Maskan staff believe that perfect listening to the customer's speeches, is the most important principle in establishing a sound connection and therefore trying to achieve this important point is considered as necessary.

We, bank Maskan staff believe that punctuality, commitment and accuracy in observing their rights is one of our most important duties.
