Qarz – Al – Hasanah Savings Account

- Anyone reaching 18 years of age or having growth certificate issued by the court can open Qarz – Al – Hasanah savings account in their own name or anyone under their guardianship.

- Children reaching 12 years of age can open Qarz – Al – Hasanah savings account in their own name.

- Opening account on behalf of the other persons by proxy , subject to accepting general conditions is allowed.

- Anyone including parents , guardians , relatives , and any other persons can open Qarz – Al – Hasanah savings account for a minor child.

- Two or more than two persons can open a joint account.

- Opening account for legal entities by authorized signatories is possible.

- The minimum amount required for opening account is 10000 Rials.

Terms of withdrawing:

- Qarz – Al – Hasanah savings account holders being 18 years old or their legal representatives can withdraw funds from the account.

- The minor's father or their guardian has the right to withdraw funds from the account until the minor reaches 18 years of age or the court issues a certificate indicating their growth.

- If the account is opened by a 12 – year – old person, after reaching 15 years of age , s / he can withdraw funds from the account personally.

Note : only the account holder can withdraw funds from the account.

- If the account is opened by a mother , in the name of her minor child, only the mother has the right to withdraw funds from the account until the minor child reaches 18 years of age.

- Joint account holders can withdraw funds under the conditions they determined and signed in the card for opening account.

- Authorized signatories have the right to withdraw funds from a legal entity account.

- The account holder can deposit funds to their account in every branch of the bank but withdrawal is just possible in the branch where they opened the account.

Method of Drawing 

- Every account by keeping every 10000 Rials balance in every day gains 1 daily point.

- Any person who has opened an account one year before the last deadline announced by the bank for opening account , and has kept at least 10000 Rials in the account for 90 consecutive days after deadline , and in case their account is open at the drawing time, can attend in drawing.

- In case an account wins two or more than two prizes , only one prize (the biggest prize) is allocated to that account.

- Father or legal representative of a person under legal age (18 years of age) has the right to gain the prize.
